FAA Part 107 training, built by people who fly the mission

Drone Ready was developed by experienced drone program leaders and technology professionals who understand real-world UAS operations. We built the training we wished existed when we were getting our own teams certified.

What makes it different

More than a cram course

Passing the test matters. Understanding why the rules exist is what keeps you flying safely afterward.

01

Two paths, one FAA core

Public Safety and Commercial share the same Part 107 curriculum, but the scenarios, terminology, and examples match the world you actually fly in.

02

Scenario-based learning

Rules stick when they're tied to real missions — LAANC at an incident scene, operations over people at a job site, weather calls before launch.

03

Readiness scoring

A live readiness score weighs recent performance, topic mastery, and timed results, so you know when you're genuinely ready — not just when you're finished.

Our approach

The principles behind the platform

Accuracy first

Content is aligned to the FAA ACS and kept current as regulations change.

Plain language

Complex regulations explained without jargon, so concepts click the first time.

Operator-built

Written by people who plan flights, not just people who write curricula.

Respect for the mission

Training that takes public safety and commercial responsibility seriously.

Evidence over guesswork

Progress tools show what you know and what still needs work.

Practical readiness

The goal isn't just a passing score — it's flying ready on day one.

Who we serve

One platform, two audiences

The same trusted FAA core, tailored to how each side of the mission actually operates.

Our commitment

We keep our content aligned to the FAA Airman Certification Standards, explain the reasoning behind every rule, and never overstate what we do.

Drone Ready prepares students for the FAA Part 107 knowledge test. It does not issue an FAA Remote Pilot Certificate and is not affiliated with the FAA. When you pass, you complete the FAA's application to receive your certificate — and you do it understanding the rules, not just remembering them.

Drone Ready

Learn the rules. Pass the test. Fly ready.

Start where you fly — public safety or commercial — and see the difference operator-built training makes.
