Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes our policy for purchases made on the Drone Ready platform. It applies alongside, and forms part of, our Terms of Service.

This document is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal advice. It should be reviewed and adapted by qualified counsel for your jurisdiction before you rely on it.

All sales are final

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except (a) as required by applicable law and (b) under our Pass Guarantee. Because our products provide immediate access to digital educational content, we do not otherwise offer refunds, credits, or exchanges. By making a purchase, you acknowledge immediate access and waive any right to a refund to the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to the Pass Guarantee.

1. Free accounts

Free accounts carry no charge, so no refund is applicable. You can preview the platform before purchasing to decide whether it is right for you.

2. Individual course purchases

Individual course purchases are one-time purchases that unlock digital content immediately upon payment. These purchases are final and non-refundable, except under our Pass Guarantee. If you complete the course, reach an “Exam Ready” readiness score, sit the FAA Part 107 knowledge test within 60 days of purchase, and do not pass on your first attempt, you may request a refund from the Pass Guarantee section of your account and upload proof of the result. Requests are reviewed over a 30-day period; if approved, you may take a full refund of your course purchase or keep your account and continue studying. A decision on a claim is final. 3. Agency and team licenses

Agency and team licenses are governed by the licensing agreement or order form you enter into with us. Unless that agreement expressly states otherwise, license fees are non-refundable. Contact your account representative with questions about your agreement.

4. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe there is a billing error, contact us first and we will work with you in good faith. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account and access.

5. Exceptions required by law

Nothing in this Policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where such rights apply, we will honor them.

Drone Ready prepares students for the FAA Part 107 knowledge test. It does not issue an FAA Remote Pilot Certificate and is not affiliated with the FAA.
